They came out last minute the evening before Christmas Eve to clean my oven. We had an accident the day before and I was worried I wouldnt be able to use my oven over the Holidays. I called all around and no place was willing to come out with such sort notice. Elite Maid Solutions was quick to move things around and make an exception for me.
